The Company owns all that commercial property which is intended to be developed and built as bowling alley (“Properties”). The Company intends to sell the Property in fraction to qualified individuals and/or institutions and/or corporates.



1. Registration of Investor’s Account

System supports Phone and SMS TAC Authentication.
• The investor is required to sign up and register in the system.
• The investor is required to enter his/her name, email address and mobile number.
• system sends a temporary one-time password (OTP) via SMS.
• The investor authenticates by entering the OTP on mobile App.
• System automatically creates a profile and allows the investor to log in.
• The investor creates his/her own PIN code.



2. Investment Portfolio

A personalized investment portfolio that display the status, income, bonus distribution and e-Statement on all assets acquired by investor. In build feature that allow investor to “convert” investment into “utility” vouchers that can be consumed in partner merchants.


3. e-Statement & Digital Wallet

e-Statement system is provided to display records of transactions, bonus pay outs and benefits for respective investor. System will be tuned to support bonus pay out every quarter or half yearly.

System keeps a record of “Utility vouchers”. Investor can choose to consume the “utility”, or to send and receive gifts (specific voucher value or the specific product) instantly on Mobile.
