BIS mobile

BIS mobile lietotne ir atbalsta rīks Būvniecības informācijas sistēmas lietotājiem, nodrošinot operatīvāku informācijas apmaiņu starp būvniecības un ekspluatācijas procesā iesaistītajām pusēm, piedāvājot saņemt paziņojumus mobilajā ierīcē, atbilstoši lietotāja izveidotajiem iestatījumiem. BIS mobile paredzēts papildināt ar iespēju ziņot par pārkāpumiem, nodrošināt deleģēšanas un pilnvarošanas funkciju, kā arī sniegt citas iespējas.

Paziņojumu saņemšana
Paziņojumu kategorijas, kuras BIS mobile lietotājam ir iespējams saņemt ierīcē:
- paziņojumi sertificētiem speciālistiem,
- saskaņošanas paziņojumi (starp BISP dalībniekiem),
- paziņojumi par dokumentu saskaņošanu (no organizāciju puses),
- pilnvaru un deleģējumu paziņojumi,
- ekspluatācijas un māju lietu paziņojumi,
- paziņojumi par termiņa beigām,
- BIS apziņošanas informācija.
Paziņojumiem ir paredzēta iespēja iestatīt to saņemšanu mobilajā lietotnē, kā arī paziņojumu atrādīšanu ierīces virsekrānā.

Lietošana
Startējot lietotni, nepieciešams autentificēties ar vienotās pieteikšanās moduli Latvija.lv vai izmantot piešķirto lietotājvārdu un paroli. Pēc autorizācijas lietotnē lietotājam turpmāko autentifikāciju ir iespēja iestatīt arī ar biometriju.

The BIS mobile app is a support tool for the users of the Building Information System, for quicker communication between the parties involved in the process of construction and operation of structures, making it possible to receive notifications on a mobile device, according to the settings determined by the user. Future features of BIS mobile include reporting of violations, the function of delegation and authorisation, and others.

Receiving notifications
Categories of notifications that a BIS mobile user can receive on their device:
- notifications to certified specialists,
- approval notifications (among BISP participants),
- notifications on the approval of documents (by organisations),
- authorisation and delegation notifications,
- operation and household topic notifications,
- notifications about the expiry of the allocated deadline,
- BIS reporting information.

You can set notifications up to receive them in the mobile app, and to see them at the top of screen of the device.

Use
When launching the app, you must authenticate using the Latvija.lv single login module, or use the username and password assigned. After authenticating in the app, you can add biometrics as an additional authentication feature.
