BiYP Kiosk app doesn’t just capture time, it uses intelligence to determine whether an employee is:

• On Time
• Early
• Late
• Unrostered
• Missing

It does this by comparing each shift to the published roster. If they are On Time, a timesheet is created and automatically approved.

If they are Early, Late or Unrostered, they have the option to ‘Accept’ the roster or TimeClock time (in favour of the business) or request approval for overtime.

BiYP Kiosk puts an end to Buddy Punching and time theft, reducing your payroll cost straight away!

Employees Clock In & Out using a PIN, and a photo is taken, giving peace of mind that they are not 'buddy punching’ and you’re only paying for hours actually worked. Buddy Punching is when an employee clocks in/out another employee who is not present (estimated to cost $373m per year in the US).
