App Store Description

Blind Shot Spotter is designed to be used by a sighted guide to help the blind and visually impaired find their target.

It is important to stay quiet and not move when in the great outdoors hunting for game. This makes it extremely difficult as a sighted guide and spotter to assist the blind or visually impaired person to get lined up on their target, until now!

The blind Shot Spotter app uses different swiping gestures along with directional stereo audio to guide the blind or visually impaired person to their target as quickly and accurately as possible.
The app is meant to be used by the sighted guide or spotter who is guiding the visually impaired or blind person to their target.
Featuring two different audio modes, this way you and your team can choose which mode will work best for your activity and personal preference.

Voice Mode:

- Uses one, two, and three finger gestures

- Tells the blind or visually impaired person where to move

- Uses a voice and words to guide the person to their target

- Does not require sighted guide or spotter to actively be viewing the screen

- Fast, simple, and easy to use

Stereo Audio Mode:

- Requires the blind or visually impaired person to wear headphones or earbuds that have left and right stereo channels

- Sighted guide or spotter uses the virtual joystick on the screen

-
Uses different audio sounds and tones instead of a voice

- Uses directional audio through the left and right stereo channels

- Sighted spotter does not need to actively be viewing the screen

- Only requires one finger

- Allows for more detailed and accurate directional guidance

Blind Shot Spotter was designed by a blind and visually impaired hunter who saw the need for a better way for their spotter to get them aligned on the target as easy and fast as possible.

Even though the app only holds a couple of modes and features, it allows visually impaired and blind people to be more successful and give them the ability to enjoy activities that most people wouldn’t think is possible.
