Bluegrass Racquet Club

Designed to engage with customers and members of Bluegrass Racquet Club; aimed at communicating offered programs, product supply, and real-time business updates. We are dedicated to providing efficient information updates and providing the best service possible. To achieve this goal, we allow users to express interest in upcoming offered programs - such as clinics, group lessons, and parties. This information is shared back to users, letting interested patrons see how many people currently plan on attending an event, but does not provide the names of other users to protect privacy. Not only does this help patrons, this allows for our staff and teaching pros to adequately prepare for the upcoming events.

Alongside communication between staff and patrons, the Bluegrass Racquet Club app allows user-generated content in the form of 'posts'. These posts allow patrons to advertise their needs within our community. An example would be posting information about forming a four-person pickleball group, trying to find others to play with. To access post capabilities on our app, users must create an account with an active email address.
