Bluu Express is a logistics and technology company, focusing on building a logistics network that extends in all directions, opening up logistics backbone networks and capillaries, and providing smart supply chain services, delivery services to individuals and businesses both locally and internationally. Outsources was founded in 2016 by two Cambodian entrepreneurs. Through technological innovation and efficient collaboration, Outsources and our partners work together to improve logistics efficiency, reduce social logistics costs, improve consumers' logistics experience, and create greater profit margins for manufacturing.

Our goal is to work with logistics partners to accelerate the realization of "Being the fastest and most efficient transportation services in the region".
