This application provides helpdesk technicians access to BMC Service Desk Express to review assigned requests, submit requests, and update requests.
Note: This application requires SDE v10.1.0.282 SP1 and above installed and 1.3 version of the WebServices are configured and published.
This application will work against v1.2 of SDE Mobile Web services. However the new features will not be available.
