BMI = The body mass index (BMI) is a method used to estimate the amount of body fat that a person has, and therefore determine if the weight is within the normal range, or on the contrary, is overweight or thin. To do this, the height and current weight of the individual are related
% Fat = The percentage of body fat of a human or other living being is the total fat mass divided by the total body mass, multiplied by 100; body fat includes essential body fat and storage body fat.
% Muscle = Muscle mass or skeletal muscle (40% of total weight) is the most important component of the FFM (50%) and is a reflection of the nutritional status of the protein. Bone mass, the one that forms the bones, constitutes 14% total weight and 18% of the FFM.
