BoardPad is a meeting and document collaboration solution that turns Executives’ devices into highly secure digital board and meeting packs that can be accessed online or offline, from any location.

This version of BoardPad is for use with BlackBerry's Enterprise Mobility Management solution. In addition to BoardPad’s features, it brings powerful collaboration functions from the BlackBerry ecosystem of apps and services – such as online presence information, instant messaging, email and document sharing – all of which can be leveraged from within BoardPad.

FOR EXECUTIVES
• Instant access to up-to-date meeting agendas and documents, news, follow-up actions and a library of reference materials
• Browse meeting documents by navigating the agenda, just like chapters in a book
• Online or offline, annotate documents – just like on paper. Add notes, signatures, voice annotations and bookmarks. Highlight, underline and strikeout text
• Review, comment on or complete a meeting’s follow-up actions
• Access and share additional reading material, e.g. directors handbook or corporate policies, in private or shared Reading Rooms
• Share annotated documents and summaries via BlackBerry Work, with other BoardPad users or with third-party apps – print too
• View online presence information for other meeting participants, e.g. available, away
• Launch a BlackBerry Connect instant message conversation with other meeting participants
• Track different versions of documents with annotations preserved between versions
• Review and vote on resolutions, written consents and other corporate actions
• Changes made by Administrators are automatically synchronized, including the agenda and document versions
