Now Boat Remind has a new Boating section that allows you to record your boating: track, distance, average speed and time. It gives you real time informations about your route with GPS and compass.
You can also view the track on the map and save on the map points (stops) made during your boat trip ... and add a photo for every stop!

Boat Remind is a simple and useful application for vessel boat's owners (boat lenght less than 10 meters).

It allows you to record the most important information about your boat:
Model, Plate number, length, and motor data such as power, registration number, type of engine, fuel, etc..

You can also record the most important expiration dates like Insurance, fishing license, crew on board (flares, fire extinguisher, life jackets, etc..) and you can create new personalized expiration dates.

For each expiration date, you can also log an event (with a warning) in the calendar of iPhone.

Besides it allows you to:
* Record boat maintenance. You can insert date, kilometrage, description, place of the service and you can specify the details of the service by checking them from a list.
* Record refueling with total cost for month and year.
* Record boat trips on the map: track, distance, average speed and time.

Boat Remind includes Dropbox for backup and restoring app's data with your Dropbox account!
(to use this feature a Dropbox account is required)
With this feature you can sync app's data between your devices. For example, you can insert data from your iPhone, backup data to your Dropbox account, install the app on your iPad and restore data from your Dropbox account in the iPad, so you don't need to reinsert data on every device you own.

It works with IOS 4 or above.
Supports high definition for iPhone 4 and later and it's fully compatible with iPad, iPad retina and iPad mini (Universal App).

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life, so be sure to connect your device to power when using the navigation mode of the app for a long time.
