It helps consumers to lodge complaints, enquiries and feedback directly to BOCRA about telecommunication services in Botswana. With BOCRA app you can::
- Send complaints about service providers to BOCRA. The consumer should have exhausted all possible complaint structure within the service provider before sending to BOCRA
