Classes are created to fit new challenges that are running regularly and are always fresh and exciting. They include things like Full Body Sculpting, Skipping vs. Abs, Lower Body Focus, Jogging vs. Sprint, Sunrise Power Flow Yoga, Super Circuits, Soulful Meditation, Boxing and Conditioning and B2B HIIT Burnout.
You’ll also find healthy, delicious and affordable recipes and nutrition advice. Because our mental health is as important as our physical health, you’ll also spot gentle meditations, supple stretching, power Pilates and calming yoga classes on our weekly schedule.
Following the success of home workouts, these classes are designed to suit all locations and all abilities! Whether that be at home, in the park or in the gym, with or without weights and resistance bands. If you don’t have equipment, use any sensible substitutes from around the house!
In the Community Hub you’ll be able to connect with fellow Squaddies, Ciara and the other trainers, and find expert advice on everything you need to stay healthy. It’s a supportive and welcoming community where we encourage each other to do our best, push through those difficult days and reach our goals, whether they are physical or mental.
