Boma Reward App

Boma Garden Centre's rewards app offers Boma customers an opportunity to join a members-only shopping loyalty club. Customers can subscribe to the rewards club by registering through the app or by logging in with an existing rewards membership ID number.

Existing Boma loyalty club members who wish to use the app will need to register with the exact account details as their current account for their account history to appear in the app.

When a customer registers with the rewards club app, the app creates a rewards club account with the member's registration details. When members use the app in-store at the garden centre till or logs in to the app or the Webshop https://bomagardencentre.co.uk, the customer's shopping transactions are recorded, and rewards points are awarded. The customer must present their rewards account number in the garden centre or log in to their rewards account online when shopping.

Customers must agree to its terms and conditions when registering with the app. There is a link on the app and a page on the Boma website that states the full Rewards Club's Terms and Conditions.

Rewards Club members who prefer not to use an app can log in and view their account through the website. They may receive a Rewards Card with their Rewards ID number upon request. Members with a card can use it at the garden centre till when shopping in-store. Members may also receive Rewards Vouchers and special offers by email.

Once registered, the rewards member accrues points each time they shop. There is no minimum spend amount and no minimum accrual amount of points before redemption.

Members can redeem their points directly In-store at the garden centre till. However, if the members wish to purchase products online through the Webshop, they need to use a Rewards Voucher code at checkout.

Rewards vouchers are available through the app and their website account, following Boma's rewards terms and conditions.
