La comunicazione tra il dispositivo e l'utente è bidirezionale: l'utente può richiedere la localizzazione in tempo reale del proprio veicolo e ricevere informazioni immediate riguardo gli allarmi configurati. Le informazioni inerenti lo status del veicolo possono essere inviate sino a 3 diversi numeri di telefono.
Il trasferimento delle informazioni avviene esclusivamente via SMS tramite la App.
