Your 1-Year subscription starts the day of Purchase.

Subscriptions will be charged through your iTunes account and will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off or the renewal is canceled 24 hours before the end of the active period.

Your account will be charged $0.99 for each 1-year renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
