This app will help you to do breathing exercises that are said to be effective in combating stress and other issues.
If you want to start mindfulness meditation or yoga but can't get a feel for it, or it doesn't last long, please try this app.
You can create a breathing exercise of up to 4 steps by combining in-breath, out-breath and stop.
When the timer is up, you can hear a sound to let you know when the timer is up, so you don't have to meditate.
You can display an image to help you grasp the timing of your breathing.
You can check the daily running time in a graph.
