BRIGHT GH LOAN


As a party providing loan services, we will make the following commitments: 


1. BRIGHT GH LOAN agrees to provide loans to the borrower in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and pay the loan amount to the borrower in one lump sum. 

2. BRIGHT GH LOAN will provide a detailed repayment plan, including repayment period, repayment amount and other information, and assist the borrower to repay the loan on time. 

3. BRIGHT GH LOAN will keep the borrower's personal information and repayment records confidential and shall not disclose or misuse them. 



We offer the following loan services: 
Loan Amount: Up to 50,000 Ghanaian Cedi. 

Loan Term: 91 days to 360 days. 

Service Fee: 100-400 Ghanaian Cedi. 

Daily Interest Rate: 0.08%. 

Maximum Annual Percentage Rate: 32.8%. 

For example, for a loan with a term of 91 days (3 months) and a total amount of 10,000 Ghanaian Cedi, after deducting a service fee of 100 Ghanaian Cedi (including credit scoring system fees, account fees, and third-party fees), the actual disbursed amount is 9,900 Ghanaian Cedi. 

The borrower will need to make monthly repayments of 3,333.33 Ghanaian Cedi, with a total interest amount of 240 Ghanaian Cedi, divided into 3 installments. The final repayment amount will be 10,720 Ghanaian Cedi.
