They can activate warranties, check warranty details using serial number, phone number, or vehicle number, and also, submit warranty claims. To ensure streamlined operations, dealers are linked to specific products from the web backend, allowing them to perform activations only for the mapped products.
All the data submitted by dealers is synchronized with the web backend to facilitate reporting and data analysis. The web backend also offers options to customize warranty checking, warranty forms, and warranty claim forms based on the respective product category.
For the application to function optimally, internet connectivity is required for all its features. During login and warranty validation, the application will request and send OTP verification, ensuring secure access to the system. Moreover, when dealers activate a warranty or submit a claim, relevant customers will receive SMS notifications to keep them informed about their warranty status.
