What is this about?
Sending communications to the Italian Labor Inspectorate has never been this easy.
Buoni Lavoro Voucher helps accomplish this with just a few clicks.

The app was developed to assist companies by simplifying their work. We do this by speeding up the creation and emailing of required work communications to the designated authorities.

How does it work?
Before starting to send communications you have to do a one-time set up:
- a login with a valid email account is required (we will send you an activation link there). This is needed as a security measure in order to verify the communications sender
- the company details have to be filled
- employees/workers have to be added

Having all these set, communications can be sent which can happen up to 1 hour before the work starts.

How to send communications?
Besides setting up the app we require a bit more info to generate the communications:
- place of work
- work dates (up to 3 different dates can be chosen per communication)
- work time (we apply the same hour intervals for all chosen work dates).
Note that if the company type is agricultural, we don`t ask for these fields as they are not required by law as well.
- employees (at least one employee should be selected)

And that`s it!
Check your email that you used at login. You should get a copy there. If you did, this assures that the designated authority also got the communication as required by law. Now you can focus on the upcoming scheduled work.

Canceling
Did something happened with the worker? Or you just want to cancel the scheduled work? No problem, you can do this in the Documents screen where, after a successful communication has been sent, we display all the individual bookings per worker spread per date. To cancel a booking just press the "x" button next to it. Don`t forget to do this at most 1 hour after the work started. If you did, you should also have received a copy of the canceling email on your login email address.

Note that the email address used for login will be used only as the copy email and not in other purposes than this.

However, the communications to the INPS will be made as before.
