The Burlington Health Navigator helps you discover and connect to local and regional health and community resources.
The Burlington Health Navigator serves as a digital front door for patients, families and caregivers to conveniently discover health information and services in the region. Through the Burlington Health Navigator, users can access healthcare content as well as community resources to support their well-being.
Over time, additional resources and digital services will be added, including digital id verification capabilities to securely manage healthcare appointments, access lab test results and access personal health information as well as virtual services.
As a digital tool co-designed with our patients partners, we encourage users to engage with the content and provide feedback to improve future releases of the Navigator.
