BURN Studios founded and created by Maria Chase is a results driven workout and studio concept backed by science! BURN is wellness studio offering customized group fitness classes in LED/NIR Red + Blue Light, Infrared Heat Therapy BURN Method classes are RESULTS driven and uniquely developed by Maria Chase with a strategic approach to effectively redesigning the physique, boosting the metabolism by building lean muscle to BURN more fat. Classes range from our foundational BURN45, a weighted swift succession style class, to ISOBURN, a Pilates and Sculpt based Isometric sequencing workout. Each class offers a unique and wholistic approach to muscular design and conditioning resulting in a balanced, beautiful and strong physique for all fitness levels. Classes range from 45-60 minutes and are designed to be easily modified to accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced. We believe weights are the fountain of youth and a key component to an efficient fat burning workout.
