CallStat

CallStat is the perfect tool if you’re working with selling or booking over phone, or in a call center. Keep track of the responses you get during the day and everything is displayed in a pie chart.

Everything is saved and synced in the cloud, if you log-in with the same account on several devices you can work simultaneously with the same data, so all calls made by your group is saved in the same graph.

Change time period for your chart and see statistics from different time frames.

Press the blue “I” on the call made to add your own title and comment about the call.

If you want to remove a call, just swipe left on it and select delete.

In the settings page you can choose if you want to call a successful call “meeting booked” or “product sold”. You can also choose if you want the “meeting booked” or “product sold” response to count as an answer in the statistics or not.
