Cancer - track and heal

This app is meant to help cancer patients better track their side effects and medication. The idea of this tool is to facilitate patient engagement and communication with the care team.

This app was originally designed for the needs of one specific cancer patient undergoing a chemotherapy treatment (July 2018). We made it available as we thought this app could also help other patients and their relatives.

With this app you can easily track and visualize:
• Your treatment’s side effects (for example, tiredness, loss of appetite, infections…)
• Your status (morale level, pain level, physical and social activities, food intakes)
• Your medication (pain killers, medication against side effects, medication due to the cancer treatment).

The tool is very simple to use and is fully customizable by adjusting the parameters.

There is a possibility for the user/patient to send a pre-set pdf report with his own data to his care team or relatives. It is only optional and at the discretion of the patient.

Note that the parameters of the tool (medication and side effects) should be adjusted with the patient’s care team (doctors and nurses) before being used. Selected side effects and medication are already available in the tool; they can easily be deleted and changed. Please check with your care team for the customization of the parameters. The app disclaims any responsibility for the content.
