Capture Honest Feedback:

Suggestions are completely anonymous and private. Feedback is not sent to the business straight away. This delay ensures the customer can be confident they cannot be identified. They do not need to sign in or provide any personal information.

Increased Positive Reviews:

We use AI to determine if the feedback is very positive. In these cases, the user will be prompted to share their thoughts or follow you via Google Maps, TripAdvisor, Instagram, and Facebook.

Decreased Negative Reviews:

If a user has had a negative experience and wants to express their thoughts, they can do so with Suggestion Box. There’s no need for them to also share that feedback publicly, and they will not be prompted to do so.
