About The Canterbury Auction Galleries
Situated in the centre of the historic Cathedral City of Canterbury are the long established auction rooms of The Canterbury Auction Galleries. Established in 1991, we have a proven track record of achieving London prices and yet retaining local professionalism and attention to detail.

We hold a two day auction every six/seven weeks, selling a full range of antiques and collectables from jewellery to furniture. These sales are extensively publicised via local and national advertising and also via a fully illustrated catalogue which is available both printed and online. The online catalogue is available to view two weeks prior to each sale, the printed catalogue is available to purchase for £10 including postage. We also hold public viewing days on the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday prior to each sale.

Bidding at our sales is by written or telephone bidding or by real-time internet bidding which we offer for all of our sales. We no longer have bidding in the room in person, this began with providing a better service for vendors and purchasers alike. These provisions enable us to offer the best possible service for our clients locally, nationally and internationally. Whether you are buying or selling, we can offer you a first class service.
