Create an event, invite everyone who's going. Once the event begins everyone attending automatically share's their current location during the event. This means no one gets lost, it will make sure no one over sleeps leaving you waiting. Caravan eliminates the stress of planning a trip and making sure everyone is on the same page. You can focus on just having fun. Once the event ends, everyone stops sharing their location.

Events are totally private so only those on the trip can see where everyone is.
