A: CarDash provides roadside assistance available throughout the United States. Currently, we have partnerships with national chains throughout the country and independent repair facilities in Los Angeles and San Francisco Metro areas. We are constantly adding new independent repair facilities and will be expanding to other cities soon.

A: Whereas other providers help give you some of the factors you need to make a decision, CarDash aims to provide everything you need in one place: ratings, pricing information, shop quality differences, location, job capabilities, vehicles worked on, and much more. Q: How would I use my roadside assistance?
A: You can call the Roadside Assistance number from within the CarDash app. You will need to verify your membership by providing your name, CarDash member number, and vehicle. Activating your roadside assistance takes 7 days.

A: Covered services depend on your plan tier, but coverage starts at one event and a maximum tow radius of 5 miles on the basic plan.
