Install the app on your phone and follow the simple set-up steps. Once you get the hang of it, you'll wonder why it was ever done the old way!

The Care Quality Pharmacy App links with your NHS GP surgery helping you to manage your medicines, order repeat prescriptions for your whole family and have them delivered to your door, hassle free! Each month you'll get a reminder of when to re-order your medicines from the App and you can even track where your repeat prescriptions are up to, anytime!

2. Add your medication.
3. Order your prescription.
4. Receive alerts as we process your order.
5. Have your medication delivered safely to your door!

Need to buy some over-the-counter medication? Use the Care Quality Pharmacy shop on the App and we’ll deliver them with your prescription orders!

Soon you will even be able to access NHS pharmacy services face-to-face directly from the Care Quality Pharmacy App, allowing you in some cases to speak to our Pharmacist Prescribers instead of visiting your GP. Updates on this service are coming soon!

Q: Is your NHS prescription delivery service free?


A: Yes, absolutely! We use trusted couriers like Royal Mail to deliver your medication safely and promptly at no extra charge to you.

Q: Are you a registered pharmacy in the UK?


A: Yes – we are registered and regulated in England by the General Pharmaceutical Council. Our registration number is 1123445 and we send your orders from our specialist pharmacy in Coventry.

Q: Can I order prescriptions on behalf of my children or elderly parents?


A: Yes, this feature is now available! Go to the ‘Me’ tab and follow the instructions to add a dependent.

Q: Will you work with my GP?


A: Yes - The Care Quality Pharmacy App works with the majority of NHS GP's registered with the Electronic Prescription Service. All your prescription requests will be sent for approval to your own GP to issue – we’ll manage the whole process.

Q: Is my personal information safe?


A: Our development team have gone through a rigorous assurance process with NHS Digital and NHS England and is GDPR compliant.
