Care Systems™ is intended for users of the RCare™ Workforce Management Application by Care Systems®. If your organization is using the above application and if you wish to use this mobile app, please contact your IT team or system administrator for details.

Our mobile app makes it easier for employees to securely complete their schedule-related tasks instantly on the move, with no need to access their office computer for such simple but important activities. It eliminates the unnecessary consumption of staff time on administrative and communication activities and allows them and their managers to focus on the things that really matter in your organization.

• Quickly access your leave eligibility and make leave requests on the go
• Easily find suitable shift swap options and get your shifts swapped
