Thanks to the integrated camera or NFC reader, each equipment or location can be easily identified by the staff via a QR code or NFC tag, thus simplifying the entry of an intervention request or an express troubleshooting report. In the todo list the staff easily enters his work report, including multimedia, working time with start/stop function, material, inspection field data collection and, if necessary, asks the customer to confirm the work with his signature. As soon as the network is available again, the data is seamlessly synchronized. CareOffice 8.4 naturally adapts to your context with the help of customizable screens and vocabulary.
