CarePair is a babysitting app which connects parents in need with available sitters. Parents also have the option of posting jobs and having sitters apply. Sitters are encouraged to upload certifications, such as CPR, criminal background check or babysitting course completion, and parents are able to filter their search for those qualifications.

The app is free to download and is free for babysitters throughout the entire process. Parents get their first month free and then choose between a monthly or annual subscription.

Upon purchasing and confirming a monthly $9.99 subscription or an annual $69.99 subscription, your term on CarePair will commence, with a one-month trial period. After the one-month trial, your iTunes account will be charged the subscription fee you chose.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel auto-renew and manage subscriptions anytime within your iTunes account settings after purchase. Your iTunes account will be charged your monthly or annual subscription renewal fee within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

Payment from parents to sitters is done in-app through our Stripe-based platform. Sitters set their own base hourly rate, which can move up based on number of children or specific requirements, which will be decided in chat between the parents and sitter. Once the job is agreed upon, the timer starts at the proscribed time. When the parents return home both parties mutually press Job Complete and the wage is calculated automatically, and paid into the sitter's bank account. A 10% transaction fee is added onto the parent's cost.
