One Window Directorates’ is responsible to facilitate citizens in the submission of cases/documents related to property. A mobile application shall be developed to provide multiple services for case processing, wherein the core module shall be One Window Operation (OWO) from where the case shall be initiated. All the services provided at OWO shall be automated as per the CDA requirements. OWO application shall be developed to automate manual services and processes in different modules wherever required respectively. The proposed application shall be able to facilitate CDA clients/applicants to file their One Window Operation (OWO) related applications online, either by using an added feature in their existing website or by using a new mobile application. The proposed solution shall also provide an online appointment scheduler, which will enable the applicants to fix appointments for their case registration. The solution shall also keep the applicants updated on their cases by providing them system-generated updates and intimations through SMS and/or email at certain stages of case processing. Online tracking of a case shall also be possible for the applicant by using the available features in a web application or mobile app. The physical movement of the case among different departments and actions performed on it shall be recorded in the proposed system. It shall enable authorized users of OWO and other departments to get an updated picture of cases at any instance.

• User management (applicant signup)
• Senior management at directorate/departmental level
• File processing & tracking
• Case inquiries & reporting
• Dashboard for each case updated status and tracking
• Case logs
After studying the OWO working and procedures, a comprehensive solution is being proposed in order to allow an applicant to file an online or walk-in application, get an appointment through an online scheduler. CDA’s authorized users will be able to record case progress at different stages, track case status at any instance, monitor cases processing through the application’s dashboard, and also get results of different inquiries in the form of reports. With the use of modern trends, technologies, and advanced methodologies, this digitization of cases will result in enhanced customer satisfaction and improve case tracking processes.
