CEA@SG features the CEA Public Register and Consumer Resources to help consumers make informed decisions in their property transactions.
The CEA Public Register is a free m-service that enables consumers to:
- Check whether a real estate agent is licensed by CEA.
- Check whether a salesperson is registered with CEA.
- Know whether a real estate agent or salesperson has been disciplined by CEA within the last three years.
- Know whether any awards have been conferred on a real estate agent or salesperson by CEA.
The Consumer Resources you can access on this app include CEA's Consumer Guides, Press Releases and CEAnergy e-Newsletter.
The Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) is the regulator of the real estate agency industry in Singapore and a statutory board under the Ministry of National Development.
