Any living neighbor with less than two living cells will die, as if it were due to a lack of population.
Any living cell with two or three living neighbors will remain in the next generation.
Any living cell with more than three living neighbors will die, just like overcrowding.
Any dead cell with exactly three living neighbors becomes a living cell, just like through breeding.
