With secure login and role-based access, users are provided a personalized experience based on their designation—Admin, Manager, Team Lead, Top Management, or User.

Admins have full control over user management and department configuration, while Managers can create tasks, assign them to specific employees or departments, and manage subtasks with ease. Users can update the status of tasks through defined stages—Pending, In Progress, Completed, and Closed—ensuring full visibility of progress. Task status automatically updates based on subtask completion, keeping everyone aligned.

A built-in approval workflow ensures tasks are reviewed and marked closed only after Manager approval, maintaining accountability and structure. CGTMA also includes real-time communication features such as Live Chat for one-on-one conversations and Group Chat for team-specific discussions, making collaboration seamless.
