Notable Information:
• All donations will be debited monthly through a secure payment processor (Stripe), outside of the app.
• Your donation is being made to Make My Donation, Inc. MMD is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization operating a donor-advised fund, which distributes donor contributions to desired 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing with the IRS.
• Charity Jar, LLC and Make My Donation, Inc. both accept small platform fees of 5% and 3.5%, respectively.
• All pledged donations may take up to 30 days to arrive at your charity of choice by check. If the charity is no longer in good standing with the IRS, all pledged donations will be sent to a similar charity.
