Chat2Desk chat center allows you to handle messages from WhatsApp™, Instagram™, Viber™, Telegram™, Facebook™ Messenger, your site online chat, email messages and Yandex.Dialogs. All managers work with one phone number or account.

The service combines different functions in a single system: chatbot builder, scripts, self-service menu and detailed analytics about all customers. The open API allows integrating chatbots and messengers with accounting, HelpDesk and CRM systems such as amoCRM, Bitrix24, SalesapCRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, bpm'online, GenCRM, Megaplan, 1C Enterprise.

Customers are given 7 days free trial. Online chat and one operator account are completely free.

Chat2Desk mobile app allows to:
- communicate with customers in chats;
- transfer a client between operators;
- leave comments to chats;
- view customer cards;
- search for necessary chats and information inside chats;
- filter the list of chats.

This mobile app helps employees of sales and support departments answer clients' questions remotely. Also it allows the department managers to monitor the staff work quality.
