ChildSafe; Safety service provided by Big Childcare. This is intended for us by Big Childcare managers and leaders to sign in each child and monitor each child's safety.
Features include:
. Register each child to a beacon
. Sign in beacon
. List of each beacon (a quick glance of who is present at your program)
. Pause tracking (if beacon is in the toilet etc)
. Location Rules - Switch tracking modes (see below)
. Classroom mode - Check beacon every minute & alert if beacon is missing after 3 minutes
. Outdoors mode - Check beacon every minute & alert if beacon is missing after 4 minutes
. Bus mode - Check beacon every 10 minutes & report to management app
. Handover (manager to manager) - the ability to re assign a beacon to another manger
. Map Locations/GPS reporting

. Live chat between managers (via gateway)
. Alert mode - Alert each manger/leader when a child beacon hasn't reported to a gateway within a specified timeframe
. Mark child as picked up by parent
. Mark role (bus trips etc)
- Manger/leader will enter “Bus mode” and mark the role as each child enters the bus
