Chroma by Converge

Chroma by Converge is a app designed to easily and effectively capture time in the field for our users. While capturing time daily, we are aware of the challenges users are facing, such as frequent Job changes or wrong time entry. By using our services, you can efficiently track accurate time.


Chroma uses following features to capture time.


1. Mobile Location Capture.
2. Mobile Time Capture.
3. Card Generation.
4. Card Scan.

Users functionality:

1. No extra authentication account required. Once the employee is setup they can begin to use the app.
2. Users can clock in to their assigned Crew. Appropriate Job, Phases, Class, and Craft will be chosen when clocking in, which reduces the chances of mistakes and reduces number of Adjustments needed to make later.
3. Users can view their time log instantly for each pay period.
4. If in any chances of failure to clock in, Chroma can generate User card for Supervisors to clock in using Supervisors’ app and its scanning feature.

Supervisors’ functionality:
1. Supervisors can view all the Users on their crew and current clock in status. Along with that, supervisors can see all the hours worked by a specific Users for a specific pay period.
2. Supervisors can clock in/out an User with a touch of a screen or using the timecard scan feature.
3. Supervisors can move certain hours for any given Users to a different Phase before the payroll runs.
