Church Events

The Church Events app is a tool to improve evangelism activities for the church. The department leaders, pastors, and coordinators can use the Church Events app to create events for internal use or public information.

This app will quickly help to manage the event dates and activities to reduce conflicting dates between departments. It also helps to manage private department meetings and frequent and periodic meetings and services.

User of the Church Events app can easily see what each church are planning and will help to advertised their evangelistic goals and objectives.

The Church Events app has the features to list the churches configured in the app. Each user can create their own church record. It will show the events for each church, and the list of coordinators, pastors, and department leaders for that church. It also will show the pending and past events, and any Youtube videos attached to the event. An event coordinator can use the Church Events app to collaborate with other members on the planning and execution on events.

The application also helps to manage attendance by allowing attendees to register for an event. This will help the presenter and planners to manage the logistic and attendance for the event. Knowing who and how many people are planning to attend an event is a plus; therefore, Church Events solved these requirements.

The Church Events app also send email notification when events are created, modified, and are due. The organizer will get notification when attendees registered or cancelled an event. The app also send alert when an event is due to start in 2 hours.
