What is it about?

Ever felt overwhelmed, useless and overworked? Like everything you do is matched by the demands added to your list? Do you feel like looking for a better paying job with less time requirements will solve the way you feel right now? Pay close attention... This app has been designed for teachers to have access to their own personal 'coach in their pocket'. The Circle of Alphas has been developed by teachers for teachers because we understand the struggle! We know the brave face you put on for our students and we also know the sacrifices you make to allow them to make progress. Year in and year out we are expected to give more than we actually have and whilst the building of Character Education has been identified as a key factor in school development, the merging of Teacher well being and Character Education has not yet been developed. Until now. We understand that to lead by example, we need to live the example. We cannot teach our students how to be resilient, mindful and productive if we are not feeling this way as teachers. This would be like teaching a subject you are not trained in, it will feel awkward and rigid. Thought this app, you will earn bite size lessons to help you transform and learn how to live your best self. Go on, be a little selfish. Do something for your own well being!
