Why is does the CIRQR label matter?
We live in a world with limited resources. In the past decade, this has become more apparent than ever. Our increasing use of electronics could soon lead to a decreasing supply of important raw materials. Meanwhile, much of our electronic waste often ends up in incinerators and landfills.
Clearly, there’s a problem we need to solve. To improve the recycling of these materials, we need to be able to identify individual products and their contents. The CIRQR label is a necessary first step to improve the recycling of key raw materials.
