All terms applicable to CBR Online Banking apply to Mobile Banking (see Online Banking Terms and Conditions for more details). The application user must be a registered Citizens Bank of Rogersville banking customer to utilize the App's full capabilities.
Customers must first set up transfer and bill pay accounts prior to using these features through the Mobile Banking App.
