Practicing every day on the App can give you the confidence you need to do well on the U.S. Citizenship test.

When using the Citizenship App you will see a menu with 8 main option buttons. The first 3 buttons contain the 100 citizenship questions organized by three categories: Geography, History, and Civics. The next 3 buttons include exercises related to reading and writing. You will also find a sample test with 10 questions that are selected randomly from the 100 questions. You’ll know you are ready for the U.S. Citizenship exam when you can consistently answer at least 6 out of the 10 questions correctly. N-400 Virtual Review button will connect you with Hurtado Immigration Law Firm online section to request a virtual meeting with Pablo Hurtado to check your application before submitting to the U.S. Citizenship department. The last button will give you options to view and listen a video with the 100 questions in english or spanish.

You are able to review all 100 questions at any time. The app will keep track of the last question you studied. New questions are unlocked as you review more questions. The questions also contain a translation button to switch between English and Spanish. Each question can be reviewed in either language just by clicking the button “Traducir al Español” or ”Translate to English."

The listening, reading, and writing section of the App contains 10 recorded messages to listen to and practice your writing as well. Once you play and listen to the question, you will have an opportunity to write on the App what you heard when you played the audio. Once you type out what you heard on the playback, you are able to click on the “Show the Answer” button and compare any differences between what you heard on the playback, and what you typed. In a very similar way, using the reading and speaking portion of the App, the App allows you to record yourself reading text in English and then compare it to a pre-recorded audio of the text read correctly.

If you have any questions for an attorney, the App provides a one click "contact us" via e-mail or a phone call. Our goal is to give you an opportunity to practice all aspects of the U.S. Citizenship test and develop the confidence to take the test and do well. We look forward to hearing how the App helped you reach this important goal of becoming a U.S. Citizen. We are so proud of you for taking the time to download the Citizenship App and beginning your journey to U.S. Citizenship. Good Luck!
