The multimedia project "Citta Verticale" brings together composer Robert HP Platz and programmer Michael Rogulla -artist name "ASKI"- to create an immersive and interactive experience.
Platz composed a 15-minute piece for a flute inspired by the urban sounds of a virtual city. The piece will be played live on stage by a flutist. In addition, the composed feeds will not only be played back centrally via loudspeakers, as is traditionally the case, but interactively in a completely decentralized manner by the audience via their mobile phones using the app developed by Rogulla.
