City Coaching

This City Football Coaching Application is designed to provide coaches with an understanding of how City Football Schools engage, teach and develop all levels and abilities of players.
We will look at the following points:

- An introduction to City Football Schools.
- The skills, attributes and values of a coach
- How we expect the coaches to deliver our coaching programs and the players to experience ‘Beautiful Football.’

The City Football Coaching App provides authentic and creative football coaching programs to children of all ages internationally, the sessions are for progressive learning and development of individual players through PLAY.

“Providing authentic & creative recreational football coaching programs”

The coaching programmes are primarily designed to improve footballing skills of all ability of players, with a focus to help and guide the teachers of the game, using the clubs methodology. Our programs are designed to meet both the individual and collective needs of the children who participate within the City Football Schools, and encourage them to play beautiful football. Therefore, the programs are also designed to enhance the children’s fitness, self-esteem and social confidence to help them reach their full potential, both on and off the pitch.

City Football Schools are delivered by professionally-trained Club coaches and incorporate youth development methodologies used by the City Football Academy.
