City of Mobile 311

Welcome to the City of Mobile’s 311 app!
Mobile 311 is dedicated to serving the citizens of Mobile by helping them solve problems, obtain information, and submit requests for city services.

Mobile 311 is here to:
• Route service requests to the appropriate city government departments
• Provide a neutral forum for citizens to make suggestions about city services and departments
• Provide a way to track the progress of service request orders (SROs)
• Answer questions citizens have about their city government
• Assist citizens in obtaining city services fairly and efficiently

Mobile 311 does not physically resolve service requests or handle requests for service for agencies other than the City of Mobile (i.e., Mobile County, the Mobile County Public School System or any State or Federal Agency)

Mobile 311 is ONLY for non-emergency requests. Please use 911 to report any emergency.
