CiuxCall - Steward at service

CiuxCall is an iPhone/iPad Steward Call System application designed for private Yachts and Villas, but has the flexibility to be used in other applications like cruise ships, hotels, hospitals, or construction projects should there be a demand to call your butlers, stewards, department heads, sub-contractors, or assistants.


How does the application work?

Our Steward Call system does not require any complicated or expensive installations or alterations that might impair your site’s structural integrity or aesthetic design.

It uses only an iPhone/iPad with Internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE,VSAT or WiFi, if available).

The Owner of the property can send call information with a one button click on his iPhone or iPad to his staff people, like Butlers or Stewardesses.

On the other side, Butlers/Stewards have their own iPhones in their pockets, or an iPad on their desk, which starts to ring and shows the location where they need to come to serve the owner or his guests.

The butler, accepts the call, with a one button click, thus alerting the owner who was calling him, on the owner’s screen that his call was received/accepted and by whom.

CiuxCall is designed with stability and ease of mind to use.

- The CiuxCall application does not require any location services such as GPS, WiFi HotSpot's, BlueTooth, etc. The application does not work in a way that a specific device location is required.

- The application has a strong backend side, which means that CiuxCall can handle, in 1 second, more than 100,000 people who might call in at the same time.


About the developer:

Like an Electrical Engineer and Software Programmer I have more than 20 years of experience in both fields. In my daily job, every day, I encounter flaws in electrical and IT systems.

Steward Call is one very important system for any private property. At Present, existing Steward calling systems in the market are not designed with flexibility and ease of use in mind. They are too complex and expensive to install, not easy to use, difficult to maintain, or offer inconsistent coverage in all areas.

On the other hand, the CiuxCall app is a mobile solution which can be implemented anywhere in just 15 minutes and ready to use.
