Set the default to present and simply click on the seating chart or roster to indicate which students are not in class. There is no limit to the number of students or classes that can be entered.

Want to create a seating plan for your own reference or a substitute's? Classroom Seating and Attendance allows you to enter the length and width of your classroom, arrange desks in rows or groups and size them to scale. Customize the desks by adding students' names or photos. Use both and your substitutes will love you!

Student desks are not the only feature that can be included in the layout. The teacher’s desk, bookcases, carts, chairs, cubbies, filing cabinets, lecterns, easels, all shapes of tables and even globes can be added and sized to scale. All can be rotated and moved to any spot in the classroom.
