The application assists downtown San Diego businesses and residents to report maintenance and safety incidents to the Downtown San Diego Partnership's Clean and Safe ambassadors and dispatchers for immediate service.

When using the application, businesses and residents can:

• Send pictures to Clean and Safe in real-time
• Receive text messages from Clean and Safe
• Share incident locations with Clean and Safe Ambassadors
